STANDARD - 1 1/4 pound boneless chicken breasts, great with fish or shrimp

Ingredients

  • 6 TB evoo
  • 4 large garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 and 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 2-3 TB lemon zest

MEXICAN

  • 6 TB evoo
  • 4 large garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp dried chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 and 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 2-3 TB lime zest

Directions

  1. Pound chicken to even depth.
  2. Add all ingredients to gallon zip lock bag with chicken.
  3. Remove as much air as you can from bag and massage marinade into chicken.
  4. Let marinate at least 4 hours or overnight.
