STANDARD - 1 1/4 pound boneless chicken breasts, great with fish or shrimp
Ingredients
- 6 TB evoo
- 4 large garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 and 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 2-3 TB lemon zest
MEXICAN
Ingredients
- 6 TB evoo
- 4 large garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp dried chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 and 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 2-3 TB lime zest
Directions
- Pound chicken to even depth.
- Add all ingredients to gallon zip lock bag with chicken.
- Remove as much air as you can from bag and massage marinade into chicken.
- Let marinate at least 4 hours or overnight.
