Ingredients

  • 1 pkg cranberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup cran-raspberry juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Orange zest

Directions

  1. Bring cranberries, sugar, juice, and orange zest to boil in a large saucepan. Stir to dissolve sugar.
  2. Cover and reduce to simmer until berries pop, about 10-15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  3. Remove from heat. Stir in lemon juice.
  4. Transfer to bowl to cool, then cover and refrigerate.
