Ingredients
- 1 pkg cranberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup cran-raspberry juice
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Orange zest
Directions
- Bring cranberries, sugar, juice, and orange zest to boil in a large saucepan. Stir to dissolve sugar.
- Cover and reduce to simmer until berries pop, about 10-15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
- Remove from heat. Stir in lemon juice.
- Transfer to bowl to cool, then cover and refrigerate.
