Ingredients

  • 3-4 strips bacon, lardoned. Fried til crispy. Keep fat.
  • 1 good sized onion. Chopped.
  • 3 ribs celery. Chopped.
  • 3 cans minced clams
  • Bottle clam juice
  • Cream.
  • Maybe some chicken stock.
  • Tabasco.
