Tammy's Notes
A homemade replacement for the packet of taco seasoning from my memory.
Ingredients
- 1 tb chili powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1-1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp kosher or sea salt
- 1-1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions
- Use with 1 pound ground beef or chicken and 1 cup water.
Variations
