- 5 pepperoncini peppers sliced and patted dry, plus more for topping
- 8 ounces shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1/4 red onion sliced thin
- 1/3 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste

- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic
