Notes
We made up the name, I learned this from my cousins husband who was from Saudi Arabia!! We call it Chicken Ali Ababa LOL. I have no idea if it has a real name or not.
garlic power, onion powder, pepper and maybe a little bit of garlic salt.
Cut chicken into cubes and brown with garlic, add green peppers, yellow peppers, red peppers, onion, whole jar of green olives with juice, rice and water.
Let cook until rice is done. You can actually put whatever you want in the rice, I put mushrooms sometimes.
Salad that goes with it
