Ingredients

  • tortilla
  • 50 g cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 3 sprigs of parsley
  • 1 small tomato
  • salt
  • Soft cheese, ricotta

Directions

  • Do not lubricate the nonstick pan
  • Fry under the lid for 5-7 minutes
