Vegetable Smoothie
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 2 cups ice
- 4 ounce cucumber, cut into 2-inch pieces (1 cup)
- 3 ounces broccoli, cut into 1-inch pieces (1 cup)
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves
- 2 tsp spirulina (optional)
- 1 cup unsweetened apple juice, plus extra as needed
In order listed, add all ingredients to blend and process on low speed until mixture is combined but still coarse in texture.
