A ½ ¼ 2 ½ 1 2 1 ¼ cups shredded cabbage cup shredded carrot cup finely chopped green pepper tablespoons finely chopped onion cup mayonnaise or salad dressing tablespoon vinegar teaspoons sugar teaspoon celery seed teaspoon salt In a large bowl combine the cabbage, carrot, green pepper, and onion. To prepare dressing, stir together mayonnaise of salad dressing, vinegar, sugar, celery seed, and salt. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture; toss lightly to coat vegeta- bles. Cover and chill. Makes 8 servings.
