Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1-1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup onion
- 6-8 potatoes, peeled
Instructions
- Peel and grate potatoes.
- In a bowl, add onion and grated cheese.
- Heat soups in pan with butter.
- Remove from heat when boiling, stir in sour cream.
- Pour over potato mixture.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
Variation
- Top with cheese and crushed corn flakes. Dot with 2 tbsp. butter.
