1 box yellow cake mix 1 stick margarine (1/2 cup) 1 cup coconut 1 large can sliced peaches, drained 1 cup sugar with cinnamon (to taste) 3 egg yolks 1 cup sour cream

Mix cake mix, margarine, and coconut together until crumbly. Press into a greased 9x13 in pan. Bake at 350 F for 10-15 min.

Lay peaches on cake mixture in a single layer. Pour sugar mixture over peaches. Mix egg yolks and sour cream together until smooth, then pour over peaches. Bake at 350 F for 25-30 min, or until topping is set.
