Ingredients

1 tablespoon sesame oil Pork roast sliced into strips Medium onion sliced thinly 2 ribs celery sliced thinly Large carrot sliced in matchstick cuts Clove garlic peeled and smashed Slice of ginger 2 handfuls bean sprouts washed and trimmed 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon dry white wine 1 teaspoon sugar 1/4 c water 1 teaspoon cornstarch

Directions

  1. Parboil carrots 1 minute- set aside
  2. Put oil in wok- lightly fry ginger and garlic for flavor.. remove and discard
  3. Add carrots, celery and onion.. lightly fry
  4. Add seasoned pork roast- fry until done
  5. Add bean sprouts- lightly fry
  6. Add cornstarch to water- add soy sauce, sugar, and starch water to wok- cook to # thickened.
  7. Serve on rice.
