Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 stick margarine (1/2 cup)
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 large can sliced peaches, drained
  • 1 cup sugar with cinnamon (to taste)
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 cup sour cream

Directions

  • Mix cake mix, margarine, and coconut together until crumbly.
  • Press into a greased 9x13 in pan. Bake at 350 F for 10-15 min.
  • Lay peaches on cake mixture in a single layer.
  • Pour sugar mixture over peaches.
  • Mix egg yolks and sour cream together until smooth, then pour over peaches.
