Ingredients
- 210g Udon noodles
- 7g (1Tbsp) Soy sauce
- 5g (1tsp) Oyster sauce
- 16g (1Tbsp) Peanut butter (sugar-free or low-sugar)
- 3g (1tsp) Sugar
- 2g (0.5Tbsp) Roasted sesame seeds
- 4g (1tsp) Minced garlic
- 3g (1/2 Tbsp) Chili powder
- 14g (2Tbsp) Noodle water
- 18g (3Tbsp) Vegetable oil (avocado (recommended), grapeseed oil, etc)
- 2 Tbsp Chopped green onion
Toppings

- Roasted sesame seeds
Tips
- You can substitute 1Tbsp of soy sauce instead of oyster sauce
- Instead of peanut butter, finely grind 1Tbsp of roasted sesame seeds and put them in. Of course the taste is different.
