Ingredients

  • 210g Udon noodles
  • 7g (1Tbsp) Soy sauce
  • 5g (1tsp) Oyster sauce
  • 16g (1Tbsp) Peanut butter (sugar-free or low-sugar)
  • 3g (1tsp) Sugar
  • 2g (0.5Tbsp) Roasted sesame seeds
  • 4g (1tsp) Minced garlic
  • 3g (1/2 Tbsp) Chili powder
  • 14g (2Tbsp) Noodle water
  • 18g (3Tbsp) Vegetable oil (avocado (recommended), grapeseed oil, etc)
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped green onion

Toppings

  • Chopped green onions
  • Roasted sesame seeds

Tips

  1. You can substitute 1Tbsp of soy sauce instead of oyster sauce
  2. Instead of peanut butter, finely grind 1Tbsp of roasted sesame seeds and put them in. Of course the taste is different.
