Oven Cooking Method

1. Place bacon on baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Put sheet in center of cooled oven.
2. Turn on heat to 400 F.
3. Cook until desired crispness, about 20 minutes.
4. Transfer bacon to paper towels.
