Title: Olive Garden Alfredo Sauce

     Yield: 1 gallon
     1 tb garlic puree
     1 lb butter
     2 qt heavy whipping cream
     8 oz milk
     1 lb parmesan cheese
     4 oz fontina cheese
     1 ts salt
     2 ts black pepper
  1. Brown the garlic puree in a saucepan.
  2. Add the butter, whipping cream and milk. Simmer until all is melted and mixed well.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and simmer on low for 15 - 20 minutes.
