Dirty Banana
A drink we discovered on our trip to Alaska with Princess Cruises.
Ingredients
- 2 cups ice
- 1/2 oz Gosling’s dark rum
- 1 oz Kahlua
- 1 oz Patron XO Cafe Liqueur
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2–3 tbsp chocolate syrup
- 1/2 large banana
- Whipped cream and cocoa powder for topping
Instructions
- Combine ice, dark rum, Kahlua, cafe liqueur, heavy cream, chocolate syrup, and banana in a blender.
- Blend until thick and creamy. Pour into 2 small glasses or 1 large glass.
