Dirty Banana

A drink we discovered on our trip to Alaska with Princess Cruises.

Ingredients

• 2 cups ice
• 1/2 oz Gosling’s dark rum
• 1 oz Kahlua
• 1 oz Patron XO Cafe Liqueur
• 1/4 cup heavy cream
• 2–3 tbsp chocolate syrup
• 1/2 large banana
• Whipped cream and cocoa powder for topping

Instructions

1. Combine ice, dark rum, Kahlua, cafe liqueur, heavy cream, chocolate syrup, and banana in a blender.
2. Blend until thick and creamy. Pour into 2 small glasses or 1 large glass.
3. Top with whipped cream before serving. Sprinkle lightly with cocoa powder, if desired.
