Ingredients
- 6 eggs, separated
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 qt whole milk
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
Steps
- Separate the eggs carefully, placing the yolks and whites in two different bowls.
- Beat the egg yolks and sugar with a whisk until fluffy.
